Retail App is a cloud retail platform built by Harns and delivered as software as a service. It runs the physical shops and the online store off the same catalogue, the same stock and the same customer record, so a product added once appears everywhere and a sale in either place draws down the same inventory. It is in production with fashion retailers, including one of the larger chains in Saudi Arabia.

Stock is visible per store and for the warehouse behind the online channel, so staff can answer whether an item is in the branch across town without ringing them. Prices and promotions are set centrally, and the customer keeps one account whether they buy in person or in the app, with their orders, returns, wishlist and wallet in the same place. The storefront is fully bilingual, including right-to-left layout for Arabic.
