The prototype works. Then it meets real data, real permissions and real users, and the project quietly stops. What is missing is rarely the model. It is everything around it: where the data comes from, who is allowed to see what, how the output reaches a system somebody already uses, and who owns it on the Monday after launch. That engineering is the part we do.

Asscher AI is our enterprise AI product. Coggo is a veterinary AI that turns a consultation into a clinical note. Both are used by people who are not us, which means the problems described on this page are ones we have had to solve rather than read about. When we tell you something will be harder than it looks, it is usually because it was.
The useful question is not where AI could be applied. It is which judgement in your business is made often, made from information that is late or incomplete, and has a consequence somebody can measure. Answer that and the technology follows, usually smaller than expected. Ask it the other way round and you get a platform nobody uses.

Not every problem needs something custom. Sometimes the right answer is a product you can buy this week, and sometimes the product everyone recommends cannot meet the constraint you actually have. We will tell you which, including when it means less work for us. Asscher AI exists because some problems are common enough to productise. The custom work exists because some are not.
The shapes AI usually takes in the work we deliver
Archives made searchable, print pages turned into digital stories, and advertising workflows that stopped depending on email.
The Industry 4.0 implementation at the Times of India print units, and the machine and quality data that came with it.
Coggo writes the clinical note from the consultation. Woovet and VETport run the practices around it.
RestroOS across restaurant outlets, and a retail platform running stores and an online shop on one system.
