Coggo is an AI scribe for veterinary practice. The clinician records the exam, in the room or over a phone call, and Coggo writes a complete SOAP note in about 20 seconds, with vitals captured from the spoken record. It separates the clinician's voice from the owner's automatically, needs no EHR integration, and runs on the iPad the practice already has.
