Job Responsibilities
- Cloud Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud platform.Experience in setting up applications from scratch.
- Networking Skills: Understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, VPN, VPC, and knowledge of cloud-specific networking services.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption techniques.
- Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and experience with configuration management tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience to set up monitoring and logging solutions and troubleshoot issues effectively.knowledge of tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for performance tracking and issue diagnosis.
- Cloud Migration: Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud and understanding the challenges involved.
- Version Control Systems: Proficiency with version control tools like Git to manage and track changes in code repositories.
- Scripting and Programming Languages: knowledge of the scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, and programming languages like Java or C# for automating tasks and creating tools will be an advantage.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Collaboration and Communication: strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. So they can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and bring out better results.
- Proficient in the deployment of applications behind load balancers and proxy servers such as nginx, apache, PM2.
- Experience of Server less technologies like Lambda, ECS, ECR. EKS
- Experience in micro services architecture deployment, Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Managing DNS entries and setups using CDN Providers like Cloudflare, Cloudfront and so on.
